Returns and Shipping
We do not refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision.
We do provide customers with an exchange or credit note to be used in a 3 year period from the date of purchase.
Purchases will be dispatched within 2-3 days of payment. Flat Rate for shipping is $10.At the moment deliveries may take a little longer, please allow 7-10 days.
Products need to be returned within 10 days of your order being delivered.
Any request for an exchange will not be considered after this period of time.
All items, including clothing should be returned with swing tags attached and packaging in original condition, accompanied by Proof of Purchase.
There is no exchange on body product, home fragrances or pierced earrings unless faulty or damaged.
For all returns email us at magnoliahomeandgift@gmail.com.au. Postage for returns is to be paid for by the customer and we suggest using a courier service that can be tracked. We will always ensure that items are in good condition and packed carefully for dispatch but if your order is damaged in transit please email or contact us on (02) 4323 2400, detailing the fault.
